Lottery Process
Registration must be completed via the link on the PTA website between Jan. 6 and 13. After this, the registered students will receive a random number and then be place in their chosen classes based upon availability. If a minimum number of children do not sign up for a class, the class may be canceled.
A completed registration and medical waiver must be returned to the school by Jan. 23.
Payment
Each class costs $68. Payment may be submitted via a check by Jan. 23. The check should be made out to SGES PTA and should include the child’s name on the memo line. No refunds will be given after Jan. 23 since the class vendors will expect payment for the number of students enrolled on that date.
Dismissal Policy
Students must be picked up by a parent or guardian promptly at 3:30. Students who are 3rd Grade and older may walk and 4th grade and older may bike if indicated on the Release Form. Parents picking up students must park and come in to the child’s classroom to sign out their child. Please DO NOT park in the FIRE LANE. A written note must be sent to the After-School Program if your child will be picked up by someone other than a parent.
Inclement Weather Policy
The Enrichment program does not meet if school closes early for any reason. Please be aware that even if school concludes at the normal time, it is possible for the county to cancel after school activities due to impending weather. Please monitor the HCPS website and news channels.
