AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT winter 2023
The ASE team is very excited to bring back After School Enrichment sessions this winter! ASE offers kids the chance to learn a new craft, skill, or sport in classes led by our very own SGES teachers! See the course descriptions for this year using the link above.
When: Wednesday afternoons, from February 1-March 8 (with March 15 held as a make up date)
2:30-3:30pm at SGES
Who: Offered to 1st to 5th graders only
Cost: $75/student
Registration and payment will be accepted online ONLY through MemberHub. Classes are on a first come, first serve basis and class sizes are limited.
Parent Volunteers are needed for ASE Sign In and Dismissal.
Other helpful information: If participating, students simply stay after school on the ASE dates above. They can bring a snack to eat between the end of school and the start of ASE. If students participate in Learning and Discovery, they are also eligible to sign up for ASE, they would just return to L&D after ASE.
Dismissal: Students can be dismissed from ASE as a car rider (parents will use the family pick up laminated card from the school), walker (grades 4-5), bike rider (grades 3-5), or can be dismissed back to Learning and Discovery if they participate in that program. Dismissal is promptly at 3:30pm. If your child will be a car rider, you will park and come into the school building to pick up your child from their ASE class (volunteers will point you in the right direction).
